In Loving Honor

My soulmate and husband, Phil Beaumont, passed on July 29, 2024.
When I arrived at the hospice facility with my neighbor Bob, I was held in a state that was both calm and tearful. I don’t attribute that calmness to my own resilience (though I can be resilient), but rather to powers beyond my understanding and to the kindness extended to me by my neighbors—also friends—Bob and his wife Lori, who so generously welcomed me into their family, along with many locals who embraced me during that time.
I was hugged by medical assistants, and a male nurse—his own eyes brimming with tears — showed patience and understanding toward Phil as he cared for him.
When I saw Phil’s body, I kissed him and whispered:“I am saying goodbye to your body, but not to your soul.”
In that moment, I made a vow: to continue his spiritual legacy, to publish his essays, and to live a life of service in his honor. This website has been created as an offering of love, remembrance, and guidance. It is my devotion to Phil, my forever love and spiritual partner. — Marie Jimenez-Beaumont 🕊️
